Event "ovirt-engine-notifier is not able to connect to engine server, engine might be down or not responding." is notified.

Also this notification message is logged in /var/log/ovirt-engine/notifier/notifier.log.

The event is notified but everything in Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager works well.
