OLVM: GUI reports a lower "Actual Size" of disk usage than space allocated to the disk when testing with fallocate (Doc ID 2968780.1)

Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 8.0 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [5.4.17] and later
Linux x86-64

Symptoms

A Disparity between the disk usage for a Thin Provisioned disk shown on the OS level (via df utility) and the "Actual size" of the same disk in the of the OLVM GUI.
The VM is making use of the latest qemu-guest-agent.

Changes

The disk usage was populated with blocks created with the fallocate utility.
The du reports a higher disk usage than the "Actual size" size of the virtual disk.
