OCNE: Unable To Connect To Local Private Registry With "certificate Signed By Unknown Authority" Error (Doc ID 2971752.1)

Symptoms

When doing OCNE installations by connecting to local private container registry, issue of OCNE installation failing with "certificate Signed By Unknown Authority" error is noticed.

Below is console snippet of olcnectl provision command showing the installation failure with "x509: certificate signed by unknown authority" error. This issue can happen when doing manual OCNE installation using olcnectl module install command as well.

Above issue can also be noticed when connecting to local private container registry and doing OCNE upgrades as well to upgrade to new OCNE version.

Changes

 New OCNE installation or upgrade of OCNE to latest version by connecting to local private container registry.
