OLM: UI Shows Upgrades Available for ipa* but not able to Upgrade via UI as well as Client Cmd/Terminal (Doc ID 2972383.1)

 OLM UI erroneously reports idm:DL1 errata and package upgrade candidates for OL8.x managed clients with packages from idm:client installed. #dnf update running on the client reports no idm:client upgrades available, and no errata applicable.

• OLM UI will present packages from idm:DL1 as upgrade candidates for clients with packages from idm:client installed
• OLM UI will present errata pertaining to packages from idm:DL1 as applicable to clients with packages from idm:client installed
• Packages from idm:DL1 will be suggested as upgrade candidates to resolve the errata
• The current "enabled" and "installed" state of idm:client is not a factor in misreporting
