OLVM: GUI Reports the "Actual Size" of Virtual Gisk greater than the "Virtual Size" set for Virtual Disk (Doc ID 2972960.1)

Symptoms

VM with Thin Provisioned Virtual disks shows the Actual size of the Virtual disk greater than the pre-set Virtual disk size.
This is checked via OLVM GUI >> Coumpute >> Virtual Machines >> Select the VM >> Disks >> Disk Type: Images

Changes

 No changes were made to the VM or the VM disks.
