Oracle Linux: ping Drops to a ODA Server For Every 20 minutes "Request timed out" "Destination host unreachable" (Doc ID 2978161.1)

Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 7.9 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [4.14.35] and later

Symptoms

There are 2 interfaces called pubnet (Bridge on btbond1 which is a LACP bonding) and btbond2 (active-backup). pubnet is used for most of the communication. Both of these interfaces are having the IP address from the same subnet, i.e. 10.Y.X.0.

pubnet: 10.Y.X.30

btbond2: 10.Y.X.31

For every 20 minutes, network connectivity to the pubnet fails for some seconds(20 to 60) and it comes back automatically.

 Server was rebooted after correcting an NTP time sync issue.
