Last updated on DECEMBER 21, 2023

Applies to:

Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 7.0 and later
Linux x86-64

Goal

TCP Delayed ACK is a setting which is used to delay the receipt acknowledgement (ACK) of a TCP packet. This delay increases the chance that the ACK can be sent along with the response to the received packet, reducing network traffic.

Is it allowed to customize/modify the TCP Delayed ACK settings in Oracle Linux ?
