OLVM: Upgrade Of KVM Host From 4.4 to 4.5 Fails (Doc ID 2995569.1)

Symptoms

The upgrade for the KVM host from 4.4 to 4.5 fails after the oVirt engine is already upgraded to 4.5.
The host deployment logs point to the following (ovirt-host-mgmt-ansible-<timestamp>-mis-ovs77.esrf.fr-xxx.log):

Changes

 No changes were made and the update was performed as per the Administration documentation
