Symptoms

Unable to ssh to the server using putty after applying the latest openssh patches. But the ssh works fine when launched from another Linux server. The connection fails with error message "Incorrect MAC received on packet"

Changes

Openssh packages were updated to 8.0p1-19.el8_9.2.x86_64.
