OLVM: Power Management Host Restart after a Successful SSH SoftFence (Doc ID 3003064.1)

Symptoms

In OLVM 4.4.10 - ovirt-engine-4.4.10.7-1.0.25 - Power Management is still restarting a Host even after a successful SoftFence.
The following message sequence is observed in engine.log:
