Linux x86-64
Symptoms
- High network latency between Virtual Machines running in the same Hypervisor
e.g: rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 0.671/0.949/1.682/0.216 ms
- High network latency between Virtual Machines running in different Hypervisors but in the same Network
- High network latency between Hypervisors in the same Network
- Hypervisors have Intel CPUs
Changes
- Hardware Refresh on a previous Installation (or)
- Upgrade from Oracle Linux 7 to Oracle Linux 8 (or)
- New Installation
