Symptoms
An Oracle Linux 8 (OL8) system utilizes third-party HashiCorp Vault for user security/authentication. The OL8 system is added as an Oracle Linux Automation Manager 2.0 (OLAM 2.0) managed target (asset). Whilst the OLAM interface allows the target system's access credentials to be saved, performing an External Credential Test of the saved credentials fails with error HTTPS 404 e.g.:
