Symptoms

In Oracle Cloud Native Environment version 1.6 and later versions, issue is noticed when restoring Kubernetes module from the OCNE backups using olcnectl module restore command. olcnectl module restore command fails with message complaining that the cluster state is different.

Restore OCNE from the OCNE backups.
