Symptoms

Xvnc(1) fails to start up and emits this error: "/usr/libexec/gnome-session-binary: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libharfbuzz.so.0: undefined symbol: FT_Done_MM_Var" inside the target user's $HOME/.xvnc/<host_name>:<display_number>.log, thus producing a black console screen when connecting from a VNC viewer.

Changes

Enable graphical logins onto Oracle Linux desktop environment, like Gnome.
