Symptoms

Unable to add KVM Host to existing cluster with the following error in the engine.log:
2024-05-09 16:54:37,284Z ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.dal.dbbroker.auditloghandling.AuditLogDirector] (EE-ManagedScheduledExecutorService-engineScheduledThreadPool-Thread-34) [1ceeb3e] EVENT_ID: VDS_CLUSTER_VERSION_NOT_SUPPORTED(154), Host KVM-Hostname is compatible with versions (4.2,4.3,4.4,4.5,4.6) and cannot join Cluster XYZ which is set to version 4.7.

Changes

 No changes were made this is a new KVM Host that the customer is attempting to add to the cluster
