OLVM: Unable to boot disks imported from VMware Vcenter to OLVM Post Converting from .vmdk type to .qcow2 (Doc ID 3022770.1)

Symptoms

The OVA from VMware Vcenter has been imported to OLVM, and the disks have been converted from .vmdk to .qcow2 and uploaded to OLVM. 
A new VM is created with the uploaded disks but fails to boot us as follows:

You might want to save "/run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt" to a USB stick or /boot after mounting them and attach it to a bug report.

Changes

The disks from the OVA that was imported were converted from .vmdk to .qcow with command

and uploaded to OLVM GUI and used to create the new VM
