Symptoms

The OLVM Monitoring Portal does not display any data in any dashboards after updating the engine Operating System to 8.10.

The /var/log/grafana/grafana.log file reports postgresql permission denied error. 

logger=tsdb.postgres t=<time-stamp> level=error msg="query error" err="dial tcp [::1]:5432: connect: permission denied"

Changes

 Upgraded the Operating System of the Engine to OL 8.10.
