OLVM: Storage Domain Is Showing Less Available Space Than It Really Has, Due To Logical Volumes Were Deleted

Symptoms
Storage Domain does not show the current free space. Storage Domain is 7TB i.e. and according to the virtual machines running, the space usage does not exceed 3.4TB. However, when validating in Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) GUI, it only shows 123GB free. Therefore, cannot create new virtual machines that exceed the available space shown in OLVM, despite it should be plenty of free space.
Changes
Some Logical Volumes (LV's) were deleted or removed.
