Symptoms

OVA import fails with following error. In this particular case, the import process was failing while adding the 24th disk.

/var/log/ovirt-engine/engine.log:

"Validation of action 'AddDisk' failed for user admin@internal-authz. Reasons: VAR__ACTION__ADD,VAR__TYPE__DISK,ACTION_TYPE_FAILED_EXCEEDED_MAX_PCI_SLOTS"

Changes
