Symptoms

When attempting to Activate a KVM host after upgrade,  it fails with a status of "Non Operational"

"Cannot activate host KvmHost in cluster KvmCluster. Hosts with active hosted engine configuration can be activated only in the same cluster as Hosted Engine VM is running".
