Symptoms

Grafana is inaccessible after the OLVM upgrade to 4.5.5.
When attempting to access the Monitoring Portal the following message is displayed in the Web Browser:

   "The requested URL was not found on this server."

Changes

OLVM was upgraded from OLVM 4.5.4 to OLVM 4.5.5.
