Symptoms

Fail to extend Virtual Disk:
VDSM UAT command ExtendVmDiskSizeVDS failed: Command ['/usr/bin/qemu-img', 'resize', '-f', 'qcow2', '/rhev/data-center/mnt/blockSD/<SD_UUID>/images/<IMAGE_UUID>/<Volume_UUID>', '<size>'] failed with rc=1 out=b'' err=b"qemu-img: Bitmap '<ID>' is inconsistent and cannot be used\nTry block-dirty-bitmap-remove to delete this bitmap from disk\n"
