Symptoms

 Compute node is down and cannot be started from the manager. There are getting following error

Description: Start Server: ovcacn07r1
Message: OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: remote_power_on to server: ovcacn08r1 failed. OVMAPI_4004E Sync command failed on server: <IP> Command: remote_power_on, Server error: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: <type 'exceptions.Exception'>:Cannot change power state to on of host <IP> using lan/lanplus.
