OLAM: Jobs Run for a Long time with No Output Available on the Screen (Doc ID 3051582.1)

All Jobs status is noticed to be "Pending" in the OLAM GUI with No error seen on the screen but the dispatcher logs shown below error:

Changed the ownership of directory /var/lib/awx/ to root.
