OLAM: Jobs stays Pending When Using One Particular Execution Node from the Cluster (Doc ID 3053831.1)

Symptoms

All the Jobs launched using one specific Execution Node stays Pending, the remaining nodes in the cluster do not see this issue. The following error is seen from /var/log/tower/olam-dispatcher.log of the Execution Node with the issue.

 

 

Changes

 This issue can occur if a new Execution Node was added without verifying /etc/tower/SECRET_KEY
