The Oracle Linux (OL) 7 running UEK4 kernel may crash with below call stacks in either vmcore or console log,

Call stack 1,

This outage may appear after a kernel upgrade (to 4.1.12-124.88.1.el7uek or above) and/or switching NFS protocol from "version=3" to "version=4".
