This MOS Note provides information on how to validate etcd healthy is kubernetes cluster in Oracle Cloud Native Environment (OCNE).

Solution
 1) Validate etcd pods are in running state
 2) Validate kube-apiserver pods are in running state
 3) On each control node validate that etcd member list shows all the etcd pods running on all the control nodes
 4) On each control node check the etcd endpoint status and validate that one of the control nodes is leader
