OLVM: Grafana Monitoring Portal Not Displaying Graphs After oVirt Engine Update to Release 4.5.5-1.31.ol8 (Doc ID 3062104.1)

Symptoms

The OLVM Monitoring Portal does not display any data in any dashboards after updating the oVirt Engine to release : oracle-ovirt-release-45-el8-1.0-31.el8.x86_64

The graphs shows "No data" and returns the error :

db query error: failed to connect to server - please inspect Grafana server log for details

The /var/log/grafana/grafana.log file reports postgresql permission denied error:

logger=tsdb.postgres t=<time-stamp> level=error msg="query error" err="dial tcp [::1]:5432: connect: permission denied

Changes

 Updated Grafana package to the version 9.2:
