Goal

This document provides information on how to install specific 1.x hotfix version of Oracle Cloud Native Environment instead of latest hotfix version.

NOTE: For e.g. if we have OCNE 1.7.x latest hotfix version of 1.7.8, and we have older version of 1.7.2, how can we install OCNE version 1.7.2 instead of latest hotfix version of 1.7.8
