In OLVM 4.5.x:

In OLVM Admin Portal, Windows 10/11 vNics using virtio-net show a high value of Packet Drops.
In the Windows 10/11 Virtual Machine, any sort of network browsing will hang when attempting to list SMB directory contents.
KVM running UEK7 5.15.0-304.171.4.3 or RHCK 4.18.0-553, no differences.

The Windows 10/11 Virtual Machines were imported from VMWare, but this can also occur on newly created VMs.
