Symptoms

Attempting to start an Oracle VM Virtual Machine guest fails with the following message despite the VM Server having ample disk space.

failed:<Exception: return=>failed:<Exception: xm create '/OVS/running_pool/77_<vm-name>/vm.cfg'=>Error: (28, 'No space left on device, while writing /local/domain/8/device/vfb/0/state : 1') >>
