Symptoms

When using the OCFS2 graphical configuration utility, ocfs2console, to configure cluster nodes (Cluster > Node Configuration menu option), saving node changes results in the following error:

o2cb_ctl: Unable to access cluster service while creating node, could not add node 'node-name'
