Creating a repository on a device mapper device, and get a device busy error:

# /usr/lib/ovs/ovs-makerepo /dev/mapper/ovsrootp1 C "HA Cluster"
Repository /dev/mapper/ovsrootp1 already initialized
mount.ocfs2: Device or resource busy while mounting /dev/sdh1 on /OVS. Check 'dmesg' for more
information on this error.
Failed to mount 6835f340-a641-40d0-a8fd-7de2e7599536 at /OVS
Failed to add /dev/mapper/ovsrootp1 to local repository list
