Applies to:Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 4.4 and later
Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud Software - Version 220.127.116.11.170718 to 18.104.22.168.170718
Linux Kernel - Version: 4.4 or later
You would like to use Oracle Unbreakable Linux Network (ULN) to maintain your server. Your server is on an isolated network with no access to the public Internet.
The goals are:
- The server on the isolated network will have controlled access to ULN updates.
- The RPM package updates are under strict control of the user.
- Using a local RPM repository will allow the yum(8) or up2date(8) client to automatically resolve package version interdependencies.
