Symptoms

In Oracle VM Manager, you try to import a VMware image but fails with the error 'v2v_disk_convert: error 1.'. On the Server Pool Master, checking the ovsagent log in /var/log/ovs-agent/ovs_operation.log you can find the following errors:


where XXXX is the name of the VMware image.

You have Oracle VM 2.1.2 installed and try to import the VMware image in Oracle VM Manager.
