Can't ssh into the system for specific account with error "Connection reset by peer"

When trying to open a ssh connection to a system with a specific account, it failed with 'Connection reset by peer'. Other users can successfully connect with ssh to this system.
Below is an example showing the failed login to node rac2 with the account 'oracle'.
Read from remote host rac2: Connection reset by peer
Connection to rac2 closed.
Last login: Fri Mar 6 02:30:55 2009 from mydesk
The error information can be found in /var/log/messages log on node rac2 :
Feb 29 11:11:11 rac2 sshd: fatal: setresuid 501: Resource temporarily unavailable
