Configuring sunrpc.tcp_slot_table_entries in sysctl.conf Takes No Effect on Boot (Doc ID 791067.1)

Symptoms

You configure the following entry in /etc/sysctl.conf:
sunrpc.tcp_slot_table_entries=128

and reboot the system, but "/proc/sys/sunrpc/tcp_slot_table_entries " still has the default value 16, instead of 128:
# cat /proc/sys/sunrpc/tcp_slot_table_entries
16
