Symptoms
When enabling Oracle VM for High Availability (HA), OCFS2 cluster configuration file incorrectly contains a localhost entry.
When running the ovs-cluster-configure command on the Oracle VM Server, the /etc/ocfs2/cluster.conf file created incorrectly contains localhost address 127.0.0.1 e.g.:
