Goal

Is it possible to calculate a Sales Order Price by Schedule Ship Date rather then by Order Date?

For example the Sales Order was created prior to January 1st, 2010. The new Price is in place from January 1st, 2010 and the Schedule Ship Date is after January 1st, 2010.
