Troubleshooting why PSAUDIT Record is Not Updated when Requisition is Cancelled (Doc ID 1054012.1)

The purpose of this document is to help the reader understand why the PSAUDIT record is not updated when cancelling a Requisition.

This document will also offer a workaround for the User so that the PSAUDIT record will be updated when a Requisition is cancelled.

Steps to Cancel the Req:

  1. Setup Application Designer to audit REQ_HDR.REQ_STATUS
  2. Create a requisition and save
  3. Cancel the requisition
  4. Query PSAUDIT and noticed that the action canceled is not updated
