A user can view several menu items, but when navigated to, the user does not have access to the page. Based on role assignment they should not have the menu items appearing. For example:
Home > Workforce Administration > Collective Processes
Home > Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data USA > Deductions
Home > Set Up HRMS > Product Related > Time and Labor > Weekly Time
Home > Set Up HRMS > Product Related > Time and Labor > Schedules > Schedules to be validated
Note: We were also looking at Web Libraries assigned to permission lists as a possible cause. For example, CTITCAEM attached to Role CT Employee (that 80% of our users have) has a web library attached of WEBLIB_EOPP_SC. CPPT1400 attached to roles Report User and/or ReportSuperUser has a web library attached of WEBLIB_PORTAL. What should the access permissions be set to?
