Leave Accrual Not Working For First Year Accrual To Be Awarded After January (Doc ID 1057221.1)

Symptoms

Employees hired in August through December are not receiving a sick leave grant upon completion of six months of service, after application of HRMS 8.9 Bundle #19. Prior to applicaton of this bundle, the leave accrual process was working as desired with, for instance, an employee hired in October receiving the award in the leave accrual process run for April.  After application of the bundle, this employee receives no leave accrual.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Hire an employee in October of 2009 (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Add a Person).
2. Run the Leave Accrual process for April 2010 (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Leave Accruals > Calculate Periodic Accrual).
3. Check the employee's Leave Balance (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Leave Accruals > Review Accrual Balances).
