ELM 9.X: How to Determine Why Duplicate Rows Exist When Access Learner Look-up (Doc ID 1060990.1)

Environment Information:

 ELM 9.0 with Bundle 13 applied on PeopleTools 8.49.21 in Test Environment.

Statement of Issue:

Duplicate Names are being presented On View All Learning,  Lookup Learner {click hourglass} for some Learners.

Steps to Replicate Issue:

1)  Successfully publish from HCM Person and Workforce data for Learner to ELM
2)  Run Process Asynchronous Data.
3)  Login into ELM 9.0 instance as an Administrator and  Navigate to Enterprise Learning -> Learner   Tasks-> View All Learning -> {click hourglass} Learner Lookup
4)  **Notice that some Learners appear in results multiple times.

Business Impact:

Administrators are confused when duplicate rows appear in search results when looking up a Learner.
