Purpose
Process Instance Job failed when running Dunning Letters. This process instance ended up locking several items when we ran a query under the PS_ITEM record. We created a script to change the process instance to 0 to unlock these records. Is there are any other tables that need to be cleared/reset for a no success on AR_DUNNING?
