When a manager submits an absence request on behalf of an employee, once the Submit button is clicked in the Request Absence page, the system automatically approves the request, since the request is coming from the Manager.
The system then creates an approval pending email notification to the manager which is unnecessary as the request is automatically approved. If the manager tries to go an approve this request, the request is not there as it does not have a pending status.
