ARUPDATE Reset Process Does not Show the Process Instance When ARUPDATE is Run from a User Defined Job (Doc ID 1062918.1)

STATEMENT OF ISSUE

When a multi-process ARUPDATE job is run and abends, and the multi-process job includes other batch processes in addition to ARUPDATE, the ARUPDATE job is not available in the Process Reset page, for resetting.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------------------

  1. Create a multi-process job consisting of ARUPDATE and two other batch processes. (e.g name the job  as 3W-ARU).
  2. Create run control for this multi-process job and run and ARUPDATE abends due to some program fault or any fault.
  3. Navigate to Receivables Update, Process Reset and look for this job


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------------
ARUPDATE process should be available for reset

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Failed ARUPDATE job is not available
