Profile Activation Causing "Integration Gateway Message Unmarshalling" Error (Doc ID 1065976.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a new profile and activating by following the steps mentioned as below "Integration Gateway Message Unmarshalling" error is popping up.

  1. Navigate to Set Up CRM > Common Definitions > Profile Management > Profile Definitions
  2. Create a new Profile
  3. Change the Profile Status to Activated after filling all the required fields
  4. During Activation customer is getting the following error:

"Integration Gateway Message Unmarshalling: Missing value for the following field: ConnectorClassName (158,10404)".
