Profile Activation Causing "Integration Gateway Message Unmarshalling" Error

When trying to create a new profile and activating by following the steps mentioned as below "Integration Gateway Message Unmarshalling" error is popping up.
- Navigate to Set Up CRM > Common Definitions > Profile Management > Profile Definitions
- Create a new Profile
- Change the Profile Status to Activated after filling all the required fields
- During Activation customer is getting the following error:
"Integration Gateway Message Unmarshalling: Missing value for the following field: ConnectorClassName (158,10404)".
