Add an asset with two cost lines using two chart fields for one cost line and one chart field for the other cost line. Calculate depreciation. Perform a TRF via the Mass Change tool. Note that the CF_SEQNO is updated. The issue stems from the fact that the IU_MAP_KEY is still zero on the TRF rows in the cost table, whereas this field is incremented when the transfer is performed online. This is an issue only with assets that have more than one active chartfield set (i.e. more than one CF_SEQNO value). The Mass Change works correctly if the asset has only one active chartfield set (i.e. one value for CF_SEQNO), .
The steps to reproduce the issue are as follows:
- Add an Asset using Express Add.
- Add 2 cost rows to the Asset
- Enter the same deptid on both rows,
- On the second row, enter a value for operating unit.
- Save and run AMDPCALC.
- Then perform a Mass Change to transfer this asset to another deptid.
