E-REN: REN Server Window Stays in Queued Status and DSTAGNT Log Shows Message "Untrusted Server Certificate Chain"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When running a report to window, it stays in status 'Queued'. Even though the report does not display to window, the process monitor shows that report has successfully completed and posted. Also,.the REN server buffer and ping test are successful.
File=DSTAGNT_MMDD.log shows the following message:
java.security.cert.CertificateException: Untrusted Server Certificate Chain

PSDSTSRV.245834 (143) [02/18/10 08:11:30 PostReport](1) . HTTP status = 900.
If you view the Message Log via the Process Monitor, it shows the following messages:
7:26:37PM Java exception thrown: javax.n et.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.Certificate Exception: Untrusted Server Certificate Chain
7:26:37PM HTTP error - status code 900 - Notify REN Cluster Error -- HT. Please check RENServer.
The REN server log (PSRENSRV_MMDD.log) may show this message:
