Symptoms
When attempting to process payroll for a Terminated employee,
the following error occurs.

HSA Contrib Limit Entry Not Defined: HSA=67/HSAS HDHP=10/HDHP /
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process a Payroll. Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Pay
2. Review log of run for error
